Rebecca Bolte photographer specializes in fine art family photography, weddings and engagements. Serving the greater Seattle area from her home in Des Moines / Federal Way Washington, Rebecca creates beautiful heirloom art prints for your home. Rebecca is a true artist, she will capture the essence of your family and provide you with a portrait or wedding collection that your family will cherish for generations.
Rebecca uses new technology and aged film scans to create an interesting and unique vintage look. She does her own giclee printing on museum quality hand-stretched canvas.
Rebecca first fell in love with photography in 1991 at the St. Louis Visual and Performing Arts middle school media program. She was enchanted by darkroom techniques and moody vintage portraits. She worked at several pro photo labs through high school and college. Rebecca moved to Seattle and graduated from the commercial photography program at Seattle Central in 2004. She’s been running her own home-based portrait business ever since.
