How to Book a Shoot
Just call 206-356-6119 or email Rebecca and include your upcoming scheduling preferences. Rebecca books appointments 7 days a week, usually during one of the following time slots: 10am, 2pm, or 6pm – though she is happy to work around your schedule when possible. Once Rebecca confirms your date and time, a $50 deposit is required to hold your date.
Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. This is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours. There is no fee for rescheduling. You can pay that online by clicking the button below:
What to Wear
The most important thing to keep in mind when choosing your clothing is that you feel comfortable in them! A good photo is more about how you feel than what you are wearing. Though, in general you want to stay away from big logos or sayings. Think about classic, timeless pieces. Wear clothing that represents your personality, and is suited to the location. Consider your wedding theme and colors. You are welcome to bring several clothing options if you’re not sure.
If you wear makeup you can make it a little more dramatic than normal. Bring extra powder foundation and lipstick or gloss to the shoot for touch-ups. Professional hair and makeup services are available as well for $200 per person / look.
What to Expect
Rebecca tries to personalize your engagement session to your personality as individuals, as a couple, and along the theme of your wedding. Please give Rebecca any details about wedding colors, themes, or ideas she can use to customize your shoot.
After booking your session, Rebecca will confirm the meeting location, time, and plan with you. When shooting at a park, Rebecca prefers to meet at a location that has an address like a cafe, and then carpool or caravan to the location together. An engagement session usually lasts 1-2 hours.
Engagement photography can be an intimate experience. Rebecca will be directing you to kiss, cuddle, play, etc. Please let Rebecca know if you are uncomfortable with anything.
After the shoot Rebecca will give you a card with your password for your online album. She will email you to notify you they are posted as well. Please keep in mind that these are unedited proofs. You are welcome to download and share the proofs on social media such as Facebook or wedding websites as long as Rebecca’s watermark is clearly visible.
You are welcome to place your order for prints on RebeccaBolte.com or you can schedule a consultation to go over your options with Rebecca personally. Rebecca also offers custom Save The Date magnets, photo guest books, and other photo wedding favors from your engagement photos.
